A well known Law firm located in Nasr City is looking to hire Administrative Assistant with Excellent English and proven experience in Administration
Location: Nasr City
Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00
Gross salary : Negotiable
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Duties & Responsibilities:
She Will screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
She Will greet and assist visitors;
She Will direct clients to the appropriate staff member;
She Will carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.;
She Will manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.);
She Will store, manage and track company's documents;
She Will devise and maintain office systems, including data management;
She Will produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations;
She Will handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers; and
She Will respond to public inquiries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree;
Proven admin experience for at 1 year;
Must be Unveiled
Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
Fast in typing (English and Arabic);
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
