Job Description

Experience:1-2 years
  • coordinates, schedules, verifies work, requests proposals or modifications in work of contractors or vendors, and manages the contract as necessary.
Answer phone calls, Following mails, schedule meetings with suppliers/subcontractors Consolidate materials requests from staff
Prepare duty roaster, attendance regularization, payroll, annual leave planner and other HR requirements
Support FM to prepare weekly, monthly reporting
Support supervisor for cash purchase requests & petty cash reimbursement
Ensures accuracy of reporting in systems and internal systems*
Prepares quotation, completion and invoices.
