#Admin_Assistant is required at Kanawat for Trading and Distribution (Mobiles Accessories Home appliances Lighting) Nasr city Cairo:
*Responsibilities:
Manage Company's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, including letters, emails, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential documents.
Answer and screen phone calls, manage email inquiries, and route requests appropriately.
Prepare and manage expense reports and travel documents.
Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and participation.
Conduct research and compile information for presentations and reports.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
Communicate with banks regarding our company's account or activities, within the limits of their knowledge and authorization.
*Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5 years of experience in Administration role.
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*Job Information:
Job Type: Full time. Working Hours 9:00 am. 5:00 pm.
