An export and trading company is now looking for a responsible
Admin Assistant to provide support to managers and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage the companys general administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years of proven working experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web browsers.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Mivida, New Cairo.
