We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is focused on managing property listings, handling transactions in the secondary market, and maintaining client relations through effective communication.
  • Key Responsibilities
Manage and update property listings on various platforms and company databases. Having extensive working knowledge of various property portals like Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut etc, knowing their screening process, rating standards, and rejection parameters.
  • Coordinate and handle transactions related to the secondary market
Call clients to gather information, provide updates, and schedule appointments
  • Assist in preparing and processing real estate documents and contracts
Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and F, etc.)
  • Adhering to RERA rules and regulations.
Maintain and organize client and property files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support marketing efforts, including creating and distributing property listings and promotional materials
Assist with scheduling and coordinating property showings and open houses
  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate team as needed
  • Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate CRM software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain client relationships
Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,
  • 00 - AED5,000.00 per month
