  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Jude Residence - Nad Alshiba 1
  • Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Executive Support:
Assist executives by managing their schedules, handling requests, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.
  • Communication:
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other employees.
Data Management:
  • Maintain and update databases and office records.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
Office Management:
  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies inventory.
  • Qualifications:
college degree preferred.
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Experience with office equipment and IT systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working Conditions:
Office environment.
  • Full-time position.
* May require occasional overtime or weekend work.
