Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Admin Assistant to join a growing Family Office in Business Bay, Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a secretarial / office administration role for a private family office or investment firm and be extremely organised, detail orientated, able to multi-task and have exceptional communication skills.

The position is only open to candidates currently based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements.

  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the office.
  • Assist with implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain office documents/filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as and when required.
  • Handle office procurement.
  • Identify and resolve any administrative issues.
  • Greet and welcome office visitors.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Requirements.

  • At least 3 years experience in an office administration role.
  • Experience working for Family Office / Investment firm (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Candidates able to start immediately are preferred.
