We are seeking an experienced Office Admin Assistant to join a growing Family Office in Business Bay, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a secretarial / office administration role for a private family office or investment firm and be extremely organised, detail orientated, able to multi-task and have exceptional communication skills.
The position is only open to candidates currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements.
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the office.
- Assist with implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments and meetings.
- Organize and maintain office documents/filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as and when required.
- Handle office procurement.
- Identify and resolve any administrative issues.
- Greet and welcome office visitors.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Requirements.
- At least 3 years experience in an office administration role.
- Experience working for Family Office / Investment firm (non-negotiable)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Candidates able to start immediately are preferred.
