A leading multinational logistics and transportation company is actively looking for a versatile and responsible Administrative Assistant to be based in Ajman, UAE.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Operational support to the Operation & Safety Department
- Overall coordination with the logistic team and drivers
- Document controlling for operations and safety departments.
- Assist the HR & Admin Manager to fulfill any tasks and help with the data entry jobs.
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
Requirements to apply for this position:
- Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Min 3- 5 years proven experience as Admin Assistant, Admin Clerk role
- Experience working in operation & safety teams
- Working experience in international environments, Transportation & Logistic is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
- Good computer skills- familiar with the company database and proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
