We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
