We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. Responsibilities:
- Checking applications forms, kyc, other documents submitted for application
- Preparing contracts for merchants
- Updating commercial reports and supporting CCO in managing team performance
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- 1 year plus in an office administrative role
- Graduate degree is a must
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in English - verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
