Job Description

- Recording and updating various schedules (google cal etc).

- Record keeping of details in google sheets and excel.

- Collection and filing of documents including, vendor onboarding, payment instructions, charter agreements, tour agreements and other namelists.

- Emailing, texting and calling of clients, vendors and partners for coordination including reminders.

- Updating of marketing collaterals on microsoft ppt, words, photoshop, Illustrator, websites and other social media platforms.

- Organising of meetings and recording of minutes.

- Strategising, implementing and monitoring of company employee KPI and performance.

- Application, submission and monitoring of various grants and Training programs.

- Admin tasks assigned by the management and HR
