Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
