Responsibilities:
The administrative structure should be properly set up.
The departments in the shop should be divided into separate departments and appointed with necessary staff and supervisors. Then manage sales goals for supervisors in those departments and drive sales growth.
Must target to be increase sales by at least 20% within one year ((E.g. Net sale of this financial year is 1,000,000/- means after youre joining and make an administration structure should be increased 1,200,000/- (20% Minimum) by Next financial year)).
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
