Job Description
We are seeking an efficient Admin to support our project team for a 4-6 month mission in the UAE. The Admin will manage correspondence, handle clerical tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all correspondence and communications within the project.
Handle clerical tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing records, and preparing documents.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project operations.
Assist with travel arrangements and logistical support for the team.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or relevant experience in administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in defense or maritime sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
