EGYCHAM is leading an HR Consultancy & Business Hub Corporate, was launched in April 2010 by 3 scopes of business (Consultancy, Training & Recruitment). We are looking to hire Admin & Receptionist for one of our clients in Real Estate field located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities
1. Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
2. Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
3. Scheduling and confirming appointments for real estate agents
4. Maintaining and organizing the reception area
5. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
6. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
7. Providing information to clients about available properties and services
8. Coordinating with other employees to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. Proven work experience in any related administrative role from 2 to 5 years in Real Estate is a must
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining composure and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
7. Very Good up to Excellent English level
8. New Cairo on nearby residences
