To support our Team in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for:
Admin Workshop
You should have at least 3-5 years experience in covering the role of Admin in the workshop in the Oil&Gas / Industrial Market.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can coordinate logistics. repair schedules, ordering material for workshop and support facilitators, ensuring smooth operation. He/she shall have experience in handling paperwork, data entry, proposals preparation, order acknowledgements, invoicing, completing the entire cycle of component repair.
Your tasks will be the following:
Manages the clients orders and RFQ of the geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Collaborate with the Sales Engineer by processing of spare parts quotations and technical quotations using ERP System
Handing over orders to the operations and support locally, on request, their execution
Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both customer and company needs; within guidelines set by company.
Preparing / revising cost estimation and commercial proposals
Handling a wide range of administration support including logistic, invoicing and inventory management
Assisting in preparation of sales agreements and contracts
Invoicing, generate sales documentation as required.
Accurately forecasts weekly and monthly order intake and revenue.
Act always in accordance with recognized standards for Health, Safety and Environmental as detailed and operate within the parameters detailed by either local Health, Safety and Environmental Policy documents.
To help Clients with their problems or complaints and to achieve a satisfactory solution.
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer/supplier base
Respond efficiently to the demands of administration procedures imposed either by the company, HR or Clients
Job Requirements:
You must have a bachelor's degree in administration or Equivalent.
You have a passion for customer focus, a strong service orientation, enjoy working with people from different nationalities and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
You are of a reliable and communicative nature and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
A high degree of independence, communication skills in discussions with international clients and a highly developed quality conscience are characterizing your personality.
You are fluent in the English language orally and written and you are familiar with the following IT applications (MS-Office; ERP; Etc.)
