We are recruiting an Administrative and Financial Manager for our agency in Dubai.
Position and Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the Agency Director, your mission will be to:
Financial, Accounting, and Administrative Management:
- Lead and carry out the financial, accounting, and administrative management of the Dubai agency in compliance with group procedures and the local legislation in force.
Management Control:
- Develop, validate, and monitor the operating budget in collaboration with the Agency Director;
- Prepare dashboards and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
- Animate and control the management indicators implemented to monitor and evaluate the agency's activity and profitability;
- Analyze variances and propose corrective actions;
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and ensure regulatory compliance;
- Support operational staff in managing their activities; monitor client budgets.
Accounting:
- Develop and structure the agency's financial data (balance sheets, income statements, monthly reports, dashboards...);
- Coordinate, verify, enter, and compile accounting data;
- Regularly prepare and control legal accounting documents in coordination with the tax office, annual balance sheets, income statements, account closings...;
- Control related activities: tax (tax calculations, declarations...), social (salaries, social balance sheets...), asset management (real estate, insurance...);
- Manage relationships with banks; ensure annual compliance of administrative documents, respond to payment questions from clients/suppliers; follow up with clients.
Administration:
- Fiscal and Legal: Manage relationships with legal advisors for legal procedures; prepare and monitor tax and VAT declarations;
- Monitor local regulations for compliance on visas, trade licenses, VAT, local taxes, etc. Update and follow up on all documents related to the agency and office operations: lease contract updates, relations with the landlord and building management, insurance, maintenance, etc.
- HR: Manage work visa procedures for incoming and outgoing employees, understand the legal environment, participate in maintaining personnel files; handle administrative HR data management and ensure proper application of HR reporting procedures.
- Procedures and Administrative Management: Disseminate, monitor, and ensure the proper application of Group procedures and implement them; monitor and consolidate financial reporting related to projects in conjunction with sales teams.
Profile:
- Business school or university degree with a specialization in finance / management control / accounting / audit.
- Excellent command of French and Chinese accounting, financial, and tax techniques.
- Knowledge in management and management control.
- Knowledge in analytical accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar position.
- High level of rigor: precision and method, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Organizational skills and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French and English. Arabic is a plus.
