PURPOSE
The administrative assistant is responsible for ensuring compliance with board secretariat legislation and regulation and to keep general secretary and deputy informed of their responsibilities and tasks update.

DUTIES
- Provided administrative support to ensure efficient Secretary General operations
- Administrative assistant must see that tasks were completed on time and high quality
- Supported General Secretary and deputy by organizing company events, meetings, and scheduling
- Prepared minutes of general meetings and board meetings
- Review and follow up the meeting's items action and board resolutions.
- Prepared new letter and corresponding letter and reports.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant
- Expertise in MS Office
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated approach to work
- Emotionally resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and within a flexible team environment
- Ability to foster a Board of Directors focused working environment and build and maintain rapport with the Board Secretariat and other departments
- Ability to interact with internal and external visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds, displaying awareness of cross-cultural communication issues
- Willingness and ability to demonstrate initiative and accept responsibility
- Maintaining confidentiality
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant in the Board Secretariat department
- Holds the administrative assistant office for at least two of the three years immediately preceding the appointment

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Office Management or above
- Certified proficiency in MS Office (Professional level)
