Key Accountabilities
To create and maintain various documents and records related to manpower request, admin and time keeping as required.
To assist Department Manager / Assistant Managers & Supervisors for various secretarial / administrational requirements.
Leave plan maintenance of all level employees of the department.
Assist in recording the employees appraisal
Effective liaison with other trades for smooth operation of manpower supply and time keeping
Maintain good working relationship with workers, foremen, supervisors and management.
Attend training for activity required by the department.
Overall control of filing and record keeping
Development of subordinates.
To request document from HR / Finance as requested by employees.
Ensure that significant information such HR / finance related matters effectively communicated.
