Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Greet visitors, screen phone calls, and route callers to the appropriate party.
Handle office tasks such as generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Maintaining an efficient filing system (physical and digital)
Provide real-time scheduling support to senior managers / C-level by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
Can design original greeting cards for birthdays, holidays and other special events. Arrange corporate events by organizing conferences, seminars, and presentations both in Dubai and internationally.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with good research skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS 365
Strong organizational and time-management skills
