Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Administrative Assistant (AA) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department, including managing the inventory, shipping, quoting and invoicing of New and used Equipment and Support. The AA follows up to ensure customer satisfaction, handles complaints or questions, and reports these to the Sales Manager as necessary.
