Links and Gains is now hiring a new Administrative assistant at our office in Qesm El Maadi, Cairo.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Job Description:
Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and managing office facilities.
Petty cash Management: to meet office needs.
Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between internal staff, external stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Communicate information effectively and professionally.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, preparing presentations, taking meeting minutes, and other assigned duties.
Make travel arrangements
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Looks presentable when greeting and meeting clients
