Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Lynx Group / Lynx International. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining communication, and providing executive administrative assistance. This role is located in Beirut, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Relevant work experience in administrative roles
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of the trailer industry is a plus
