Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist with office administration. .Candidates must have excellent communication in English,ability to speak other languages.

Responsibilities

  • To provide a day-to-day support in F&B department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources
  • Help to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards
  • Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Taking minutes of meetings as required
  • Assisting F&B team in daily schedule
  • Updating employee s schedule and payroll processing

Qualifications

  • Previous relevant experience in luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
