We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Office Management: Handle general office duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files. Assist in the creation of presentations and documents.ustomer Service:
Greet and assist visitors and clients. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with project coordination and data entry tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Tally) and familiarity with office management systems and procedures.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
