Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling telephone inquiries.
- Coordinate and support both internal and external office events.
- Schedule and confirm meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with visitor arrangements.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
