Objective of the position:
The role is responsible for helping the management and administration with tasks and clerical duties to increase the efficiency of the office workflow.
Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs, including managing calendars, setting scheduling priorities, coordinating appointment, preparing meeting documents, minute- keeping.
Answer phone calls and take messages for the management or colleagues.
Maintain the daily, weekly and monthly agenda to keep track of the workflow in office.
Set up for meetings, appointments, and interviews.
Keep track of teaching staff database.
Prepare and distribute ministry related memos, forms, and reports.
Maintain a filing system and do regular checks of the documents.
Provide administrative support, including file administrative, student, staff, and electronic database records to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Experience:
University degree (Bachelors) & a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
Excellent command of English language, German language is a plus.
Experience using computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues, student members, and stakeholders.
Excellent skills in writing, organizational and planning capabilities, problem-solving, and dynamic interpersonal skills (phone, email and in person).
Robust work ethic, and effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
