Job Summary:
Managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting management and staff. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external events.
Manage calendars for senior management.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors.
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications.
Provide customer service and address inquiries.
Support to Management:
Assist in project management and follow up on tasks.
Support in financial tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
