Job Description

Coordination and Support:
Coordinate tasks between various departments, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
Manage basic logistics and inventory tasks, including shipments and returns.
Conduct regular analysis to support decision-making processes.
Administrative Assistance:
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for efficient access.
Utilize computer applications and software tools proficiently.
Proactive Approach:
Take initiative in problem-solving and streamlining workflows.
Anticipate and address issues preemptively.
Manage the workload effectively and seek clarification when needed.
Clear Communication:
Communicate effectively in written and verbal interactions.
Provide guidance and support to team members as required.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

A bachelor s degree is preferred.
Previous experience in administration or coordination roles is beneficial.
Excellent command of English and Arabic
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work uninterruptedly from home with minimum supervision
