Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team at Locke Lifestyle Properties, an emerging real estate company located in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact within the office, providing administrative support across the organization and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

  • Facility Oversight: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure, ensuring that all items are in excellent working condition. Coordinate with IT support, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors.

  • Communication Facilitator: Act as the liaison between all departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices. Assist in the planning and preparation of events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Client Relations: Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- A high school qualification or degree is a plus.
