Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary/Administrative Assistant at MJH Capital Properties in Dubai, UAE. The Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, customer service, and general administrative support. The role requires multitasking between administrative and secretarial duties to ensure smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management

- Provide company secretarial support and manage executive administrative tasks

- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

- Offer exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

- Assist in office management and maintain a well-organized workspace

- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong clerical skills, company secretarial work experience, and executive administrative assistance capabilities

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate is preferred

- Experience in general administrative tasks and office management

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Fluency in English is an advantage; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications are a plus

Additional Information:

Location: Business Bay

-Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (half-day)

- Visa and Support: We will provide a visa and full support for the successful candidate

  • SIM card

Salary

  • Pay: AED 4,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
