Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage property listings on internal and external platforms.
- Ensure all property details, photos, and descriptions meet company standards and are accurately presented.
- Coordinate with agents to gather complete property information, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements to optimize visibility.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials and digital content for properties.
- Manage administrative tasks related to listings, including updating CRM systems.
- Liaise with clients and third-party service providers to facilitate property marketing needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
