Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Carzilla Motors. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to managing office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and providing general support to the team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Customer relations management
  • Coordinating with clients
  • Responding to customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in an administrative role will be an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
