About the Job

We would like you to join us as an Administrator providing comprehensive administrative support to the Finished Goods Department.

As an Administrator you'll manage day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting departmental projects, and ensuring effective communication between teams. You will ensure smooth flow of information and resources which will contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and operational efficiency.

As part of your key responsibilities you'll:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory documentation, departmental files, and compliance-related documents
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication across the department
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry as needed
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the department has the resources needed for day-to-day operations
  • Support the management team in tracking departmental KPIs and updating performance dashboards
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks
  • Assist in the coordination of departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and cost reduction within administrative functions

About You

We'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in either of these roles!

Essential

  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

Desirable

  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Degree Qualified
