Admissions Officer Role and Responsibilities:- The Admissions Officer will be responsible for making cold calls to new customers to shortlist and close business deals.
Must be comfortable and confident in making 100+ Cold Calls and smart to identify the key decision-makers.Daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.
Must be able to explain and
convince the prospects of the different academic programs we provide.
- Enquiry Management counseling via emails, phone calls, and meetings;
Collaborate with other departments for all relevant matters;- Update and maintain a database of students information;
Organizing and filing of recruitment documentation;
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Go the extra mile to meet enrolment targets and facilitate future enrolments industry
Ability to develop and deliver presentations- Proven record in telesales, sales, marketing, or customer service role.
Proficient communicator, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
MS Applications proficiency and computer literacy- Ability in handling objections with confidence.
Knowledge of potential sales market.
- Must be comfortable and confident in making 100+ Cold Calls per day.
Good team player within a multifunctional team- Affinity with, and interest in education
- Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, handling international markets.- Preferably bachelors degree holder
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
