Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Campaign Manager to join our team and lead our paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in data analysis, audience targeting, and creative optimization to drive effective social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement paid social media strategies tailored to reach and engage target audiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including ad setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing to improve performance metrics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-quality ad creatives and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
Proficiency in ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and other social media tools.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
