Cotys Consumer Beauty Division includes some of the most iconic brands within the beauty category. Brands like Bourjois, Rimmel, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Adidas Body Care and more.
In Consumer Beauty, it is our mission to maintain and grow these brands leading positions that will drive value for our customers. The support plan of our brands will require optimizations within the portfolio/physical/mental availability aspects of our business.

THE ROLE
We are looking for Advocacy and Influencer Marketing leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a great creative and strategic mind with the ability to identify the best partners and creators for our brands.
The candidate needs to be passionate about increasing brand exposure and needs to have high cultural awareness to increase people brand Love across the Middle east.
This role is an excellent next step for a Junior vocal thought leader, to grow their creative thinking, extend their beauty creators network and relationships, enhance their negotiation skills, and master creative problem-solving experience.
Dubai based, Manager level position in the Consumer Beauty Marketing Team.
This role reports to the Communications Lead, and is led by the Senior Director, Marketing & Trade Marketing for our Consumer Beauty.
The Marketing Team forms part of Consumer Beauty ME division that designs and executes strategic projects to drive brands and division growth.
The Manager role is expected to deliver smaller projects independently (working solo) and larger team wide projects.
TASKS EXPECTED IN THE ROLE
Identifying the best brand partners with a big focus on micro creators in KSA, UAE, KWT, QTR, OMAN, IRAQ, EGYPT, LEBANON & Bahrain.
Assist in building IM & Advocacy strategies for all Consumer Beauty brands (color cosmetics, fragrance & body care).
Work closely with Communications lead, Brand Teams, and PR & IM agency on design and execution of all advocacy programs.
Set systems with the PR & IM agency for vetting, follow ups, and reporting.
Proactively develop and foster relationships within the industry across all channels of advocacy, managing and updating all internal contact databases
Assist with execution of paid influencer marketing campaigns.
Assist with execution of PR events.
Measure impact and report on all Influencer campaigns via Traackr
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree (Marketing & Communication degree preferred)
3+ years experience in Communication / Influencer marketing / Advocacy.
Bilingual: English and Arabic.
A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network of peers, partners, and industry contacts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written & oral.
Deep understanding of the social media across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
Strong time management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling.
Minimum experience in IM tracking systems like Traackr is a plus.
