As the CMS Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our website using AEM CMS within the digital team. Your responsibilities will include managing content creation, publication, and maintenance processes to ensure the website effectively serves the organization's objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
â¢Planning and creating website pages using AEM for content creation, modification, and optimization to ensure a seamless user experience.
â¢Managing the website, including building and creating web pages using AEM CMS Manager.
â¢Planning and managing the CMS component library and its templates.
â¢Ensure the implementation of SEO best practices and collaborate with SEO agencies to optimize website performance by updating metadata (title, description, keywords, alt text, etc.) of web pages for optimal on-page SEO practices.
â¢Develop and implement personalization strategies to enhance customer experiences across digital platforms.
â¢Analyze customer data to identify patterns and preferences.
â¢Create and manage personalized content for various customer segments.
â¢Utilize and manage personalization technologies and tools.
â¢Conduct A/B testing to optimize personalization tactics.
â¢Planning and Use Case Identification:
oIdentify and plan use cases, including personalized components and triggers.
oDevelop detailed personas and personalized modules for targeted experiences.
oIntegrate AI to enhance personalization efforts and automate processes.
â¢Taxonomy and Event Triggers:
oDefine and maintain taxonomy to categorize customers into specific segments.
oEstablish and manage event triggers across platforms to map customers to the appropriate taxonomy segment.
â¢Liaise with internal stakeholders to receive project briefings and approvals for website projects and campaigns.
â¢Consulting with different Business Units Product Managers and internal stakeholders to execute web production changes, fixes, and product launches on website.
â¢Monitor website functionality and perform regular web analytics assessments using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
â¢Execute A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and implement optimizations to achieve business objectives.
â¢Collaborate with IT and Design Studio teams to develop and implement module enhancements and bug fixes.
â¢Conduct content audits, eliminate redundant information, and develop SEO-optimized content modules.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
â¢Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
â¢Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Telecommunication industry.
â¢Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
â¢Expertise in Adobe CMS (AEM), with a proven track record of optimizing websites for B2B and/or B2C conversions.
â¢Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SEO, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
â¢Experience in CRO, including A/B testing and data analysis, with a focus on UX design and optimization.
â¢Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
â¢Familiarity with Google Search Console and advanced data visualization techniques.
