Role Description:

We are looking to hire immediately a full-timeConsultant or Specialist Dermatologist with expertise in aesthetic and cosmeticprocedures, including fillers, Botox, threads, scar removal, fractional laser, and more. The ideal candidate should not only have technical proficiency but also possess a charismatic and engaging personality. They should be able to connect with patients easily, provide a positive experience, and effectively promote their services to build a strong personal brand. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about aesthetic dermatology and enjoys building lasting patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures such as fillers, Botox, threads, scar removal, and fractional laser treatments.

- Consult with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and create personalized treatment plans.

- Provide post-treatment care and follow-up with patients to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.

- Actively promote aesthetic services and build a strong personal brand to attract and retain patients.

- Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster trust with patients.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic dermatology techniques and technologies.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD) with a specialization in Dermatology.

- Must hold a valid license to practice as a dermatologist.

- Experience in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology (fillers, Botox, threads, laser treatments, etc.).

- Experience with advanced aesthetic procedures, including scar removal and fractional laser therapy.

- A charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with and engage patients.

- Proven ability to market oneself and build a loyal patient base through exceptional service and rapport.

- Commitment to patient safety, satisfaction, and high-quality care.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the clinic's success.

- Full-time availability is required.
