About The Role

As an Affiliate Manager you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but are not limited to driving the company's business growth and building market position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of the companys affiliate program. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the Forex market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create and implement strategies that enhance the performance of the affiliate program.

Responsibilities

  • Actively search and onboard new affiliates to expand the affiliate network and increase sales potential.
  • Lead generation through various channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing affiliate needs and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support, guidance, and regular communication.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to represent the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring that they are supported and motivated.
  • Educate affiliates about products, marketing materials, and brand guidelines through training sessions and regular updates.
  • Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical marketing practices.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate commission rates to ensure profitability and motivation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring that they are supported and motivated.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the Forex market and affiliate marketing
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the affiliate program is competitive within the industry.
  • Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Utilize data to forecast and manage the affiliate programs financial performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of successful affiliate sales management or related experience
  • Familiarity with the affiliate marketing industry, including networks, platforms, and best practices
  • Experience in forex industries is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and engage with affiliates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple affiliate relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize affiliate programs for maximum profitability.
