Responsibilities:
- Provide corresponding teaching services for the college according to the company's service process.
- Monitor the quality of teachers teaching and support users learning progress, provide timely feedback, resolve any issues, and actively promote the improvement of teaching quality.
- Maintain good communication with paying students and parents, provide learning planning and suggestions to achieve sales targets.
- Improve customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.
- Track student learning and resolve issues related to student and parent learning effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- English can be used as a working language, and strong active communication skills.
- Cheerful, positive and affable.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and strong execution.
- Passionate about the education industry.
- Salary 7K up to 15K gross as a basic salary based on your operational interview

- Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (12PM-9PM), Saturday (12PM-4PM), Break Included (1 hour and 15mins Scheduled)
