Job Purpose:To contribute to the success of their team and the organization in achieving the vision of the division and Geely by contributing to expanding the customer network.
Smooth functioning & organization of the workshop procedures & developing its turnover & profitability.
- Making a daily target/actual comparison to check turnover.
Maximum utilization of workshop capacity, manpower and repair quality.- Apprentice training & coordinating on-job training with the training manager.
Ensure proper communication between service reception staff & workshop through the
Preventing accidents in the workshop.- Ensuring the work quality based on QMA guidelines for repair quality.
Following the QMA and GEELY procedures & guidelines.
- Working flexible hours depending on the workload.
Ensuring that all work descriptions and checking are completed correctly on the rear of the jobcard before vehicle testing.- Handling customer complaints and ensuring corrective action has been taken.
Focus on quality of customer service & regular follow-up.
- Communicate professionally with customers at all times before, during & after the sale.
Drive the departments business through superior customer service and providing updated product information.- Communicate and meet with customers regularly with regard to promoting GEELY Brand.
Develop and maintain customers relations and ensure customer business growth.
- Conduct team leader meetings (at least once a week) including attendance sheets & points discussed.
Maintain the highest levels of GEELY product knowledge & competitive products, personal development& integrity, quality standards and business ethics.- Takes the initiative, and suggests and develops plans to maximize utilization and increase productivity and efficiency.
Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a Workshop Supervisor with Multi-brands or a Dealership.- Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound Technical knowledge of Workshop operations
- A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
