About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings and ensure a smooth reservation process. This role is vital for providing a positive guest experience and smooth operation of the hotel's booking processes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in the hotel industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Opera)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Capability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively
