Job Description
Review all contract documents (e.g., contract form, Special conditions, BOQ, specs, etc.)
Review and evaluate contractor's and consultants Interim payments & Final payment certificates
Identify, review & evaluate contractors variation orders & claims
Prepare quantities to take off & BOQ
Draft contractual letters to get them approved by the Sector Head
Identify & review contracts and close out documents
Review the BOQ item's breakdown, and relative weights & calculate the inflation as per contract terms
Background Site experience is a must
Knowledge of the latest technology in Smart irrigation systems is a must

Bachelor s Degree In Agriculture
Experience in the real estate/Construction field is a must
