One of our Clients, a leading global technology business, are seeking a passionate AI Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your expertise in both business and technology to help healthcare organisations unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and optimize their Health Information Systems (HIS).
What You'll Do:
- Represent our Client to work with healthcare providers and administrators to understand their specific HIS challenges and identify areas for AI integration.
- Analyse healthcare data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI application (e.g., clinical decision support, fraud detection, patient risk stratification).
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions for HIS functionalities.
- Develop clear and concise proposals outlining the benefits and return on investment (ROI) of AI implementation in HIS.
- Manage project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery of AI-powered HIS enhancements within budget and timeline constraints.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of AI models within HIS, recommending adjustments and improvements for optimal effectiveness.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in AI for healthcare and relevant regulations for health information privacy and security (HIPAA).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from healthcare professionals to IT teams and senior management.
Who You Are:
- A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on AI, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare information systems (HIS) functionalities and workflows.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and their potential applications in healthcare.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, data visualization) a plus.
