As an AI and data engineer, you will lead numerous innovative initiatives in our startup. Your insights and expertise will drive the development of novel algorithms for our products and services, the creation of exciting new features for our users, and influence the entire software development lifecycle. Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related degree
• Strong experience in Machine Learning and in particular in Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong practical experience with ML frameworks/libraries (Langchain, HuggingFace etc.)
• 2+ years of experience developing software in a professional environment
• Strong Python programming skills
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Team player, also capable of working autonomously
• Motivated and resourceful, with high attention to details and good communication skills
• Fluent in English, both in writing and oral

Nice-to-have

• Experience with data modeling and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) pipelines
• Practical experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Experience with backend programming and APIs (e.g. Flask/OpenAPI)
• Experience in computer security and/or DevOps
