Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage AI projects and Go language developments in our Application Development department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of AI applications and management of project processes
• Application development in Go programming language and optimization of existing applications
• Technical team management and mentoring
• Creating and tracking project schedules
• Coordination and reporting with senior management
• Research and implementation of new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Minimum 3 years of Go programming language experience
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team management experience
• Advanced level of English

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in Go ecosystem and modern Go application development
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
