Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient AI Solution Architect to develop the end-to end design, development, and solution Architecture of transformative AI Use Cases. This role will involve working across multiple business units to discover & design AI models that address complex challenges, unlock new opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- AI Architecture Design: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand AI objectives, prioritize use cases, and align with the roadmap for AI adoption.
- Solution Development and Deployment: Lead the end-to-end development of AI models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, and tuning.
- Technical Coordination: Provide technical Coordination to teams of Ai Solution providers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, explaining complex AI concepts and solutions in a manner that is accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Governance and Compliance: Enforce AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with at least 2 years in an architectural role.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java).
- Strong proficiency in data engineering, including ETL processes, data lakes, and distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark. Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
