Position Objective:
The candidate will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the PSS C295 fleet within the Maintenance Department under the ASL Operations Organization. This role requires delivering high-quality maintenance services promptly, in line with ASL Maintenance Organization standards.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the PSS C295 fleet within a Customer Services environment, adhering to company and customer procedures.
- Conduct aircraft maintenance, repairs, inspections, quality checks, and complete documentation by Company and Customer standards.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Team/Shift Leader, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets ASL Maintenance Organization quality standards.
- Verify the aircraft's status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items, ensuring serviceability, and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft, when applicable.
- Record all work progressively on the appropriate paperwork and sign off as required.
- Use and control aircraft parts and materials correctly, following established protocols.
- Inspect tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) before each maintenance activity to ensure they are in good condition and verify expiration dates.
- Check components and parts for condition (e.g., damage, leaks) and confirm the accuracy of relevant documentation before initiating any maintenance tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess an FAA or EASA Part-66 B1/B2 license; ICAO or equivalent licenses are acceptable.
- Completed a C-295 Aircraft Maintenance Type Training Course through an approved Part 147 organization or equivalent.
- More than two years of experience in C-295 aircraft maintenance within the past six years.
- At least three years of general aeronautical experience.
- Certification in Airbus C295 Engine Run-Up Course.
- Completion of the C295 ISR Mission Systems Maintenance Course.
- Relevant experience in operational ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) aircraft maintenance.
- Training in PW127G Engine Borescope Inspection, with applicable hands-on experience.
- Fluent in technical and aeronautical English, with strong communication skills.
