Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airline Customer Agent at our Private Business located in New Cairo. As an Airline Customer Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will effectively communicate with customers, assist with flight bookings, handle luggage inquiries, and provide general assistance to travelers.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
